Each individual may hold only one active jil4 account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and balances held pending review. All accounts are non-transferable and for personal use only.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of offer. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting or collusion, voids all associated bonuses and winnings without exception.

3.4 Each person may hold only one Account. Creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in forfeiture of winnings derived from Bonus Funds.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. jil4 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to protect your login information.
4.2 jil4 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. Members are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA through their Account security settings. jil4 will never ask you to provide your password through any communication channel.
4.3 Accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or otherwise assign your Account or any funds within your Account to any other person. Any such attempted transfer is void.
4.4 In the event you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify jil4 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. jil4 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receipt of such notification.
4.5 jil4 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any Account at any time, including requests for supporting financial documentation where the source of deposited funds requires clarification.
All deposits to jil4 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jil4 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a promotion. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
jil4 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits found to originate from third parties may be voided and returned to the source.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and matching the identity information on the Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal processing times vary by tier: standard Members within 24 hours; Gold and Platinum tier Members within 2–4 hours to GCash; Black Diamond tier Members on a priority near-instant basis.
jil4 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and funds returned to the Account balance.
Any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds (i.e., without any Real Money wager contribution) may be treated differently from winnings that include a Real Money component. Specific bonus terms applicable at the time of each promotion govern the withdrawability of associated winnings.
6.1 jil4 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.
6.3 jil4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Ongoing wagering requirements will be honored for existing Bonus Funds already credited at the time of termination.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion between Members, exploiting software errors, or using professional gaming strategies designed to beat promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
6.5 jil4 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit to winnings derived from no-deposit or free-spin bonuses. Such limits will be stated in the applicable bonus terms.
7.1 All games offered on jil4 are governed by their individual Game Rules, as published within each game interface. By launching and playing any game, you accept the Game Rules applicable to that game.
7.2 All game outcomes on jil4 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game studios. jil4 does not modify game outcomes, house edges, or RTP values. The RTPs displayed for each game reflect the studio-certified values.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, jil4 will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of the interrupted game using available server-side data. 12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.4 jil4's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 jil4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected underage gambling, failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
13.2 Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, jil4 may forfeit all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds (excluding any amounts under investigation for fraud or money laundering) will be returned to the Member after completion of any necessary investigation.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting jil4 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding wagering activity and verification requirements.
14.1 jil4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to their registered address and/or through a notification displayed upon login to the Platform.
14.2 The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.3 For disputes related to game outcomes or account transactions, jil4's records of all relevant transactions shall be the primary reference. Members may submit supporting evidence for review by jil4's disputes team, and jil4 will provide a written determination within 14 business days.
15.4 jil4 operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Where regulatory involvement is appropriate, Members may escalate disputes to PAGCOR through official channels.
